Careers

At The Chain Museum
We are looking for colleagues to work with

There are many genius-like artists in the world who shake common sense, throw one stone at the existing world, and trigger awareness. However, many artists work part-time after leaving university, or create works in between while having other main jobs.

No matter how amazing you are, if you don't stand out and your work doesn't keep selling, you won't be able to become a full time artist. There are many people who get frustrated for various reasons such as financial reasons, pregnancy/childbirth/childcare, nursing care, etc., along the way, and are far from creating their work.

Our work at ArtSticker/The Chain Museum plays a role in preparing and supporting an environment where such geniuses can continue to create for a long time. Furthermore, in addition to exhibitions, plans, and events to catch the eyes of collectors, curators, and critics, we also carry out art curation in places that can be seen by the general public and businessmen, such as hotels, commercial facilities, and offices, aiming to expand the economic sphere and sphere of influence of people interested in art.

Mission

Art or life

Use the trigger for awareness in art and life.
As business people who love art, we
create a new platform,
We hope for a chain that connects to the world.

values

In order to realize the mission, we have set three “values” that indicate members' action guidelines.

01

Be professional

Take pride as a businessperson who loves art.
Let's not give up on growing and continue to be someone our peers can rely on.
Let's achieve unique value that exceeds the expectations of those around us.

02

Be in the groove

To accomplish missions that cannot be achieved by one person.
Come up with ideas, get your team involved, and participate in the project.
Let's transcend the boundaries of real and digital and perform at their best with everyone.

03

Be proactive

To create triggers for awareness in both art and life.
Let's discover needs by imagining from the perspective of all stakeholders.
Let's keep making proposals one step ahead, with a sense of speed and boldly enough. Don't give up.

Foundations

There are 3 Foundations that The Chain Museum cherishes in order to realize its mission.
Each member works on a daily project based on the Foundation's way of thinking and acting.

・Proactive Assistance

In order to increase opportunities for members to have proactive input and art-related experiences, some companies will bear the costs of participating in overseas art fairs and staying at art hotels.

3. 360° Evaluation

・Each member's evaluation based on Value (Action Guidelines) is determined once every six months.

・We value a flat organizational culture, and we have adopted a “360° evaluation” method for evaluation.

What are the characteristics of culture

In order to realize the mission “In Art, In Life.” we have set up 3 action guidelines (Value) and 3 bases of thought and action (Foundation).
